GENERAL

Thank you so much for showing interest in commissioning me. By commissioning me you agree to all the Terms Of Service below.

Standard Terms Of Service

DO'S - OCs, Ships, Sonas, Yumeships , Fanart, Most Fandoms, BL, GL, Gore, Creatures/Monsters, Animals, Furries, Anthro, Feral. Some kinks, just ask!DONT'S - Underaged Characters in any sexual situation, Scat, ABDL, Hyper(All types), Weight Gains, Overly muscular anatomy, complex detailed Mecha/Robots, Armor can be considered if not extreme. Anything that makes me uncomfortable.Feel free to inquire about any of these details.

PAYMENTS

• Upfront payment is required.
• I will only start once payment is received.
• Partial payment must be discussed first, if it is a larger project then partial payment is eligible.

REVISIONS

• During the sketching and planning phase you are allowed one major change to the sketch before additional charges apply. So make sure you are 100% satisfied with the sketch and make as many revisions as possible before moving onto the lining.
• Minor changes during the lining work are allowed with free or minimal charge.
• Mistakes in the final product are free of charge.
• If Add-ons are requested after the final product is completed that will be an additional cost depending on the complexity of what is requested.
• I will update you on your commission in all stages of work, Sketch -> Line Art -> Flats -> Render to ensure you are satisfied with the final product and if add-ons want to be considered during each stage.• For Character/Creature designs being made from scratch you are allowed TWO free revisions during the sketching phase and the color testing phase before additional charges apply.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• Rush orders will be an additional fee to prioritize your request. The price may differ depending on how quickly you'd need your commission done. The minimum deadline i can work with is 4-5 days.
• If you have a DEADLINE please inform beforehand in the Request Form or DM.
• Work time frame can range from 1 Day - 3 Weeks depending on the complexity of the commission.

USE

Personal
• You may display my work publicly as long as visible credit is shown and a link back to me is accessible.
• You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use, including but not limited to, avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, personal websites, profile display, social media posts, banner display as long as it am Credited.
• My art should NEVER be used for AI of ANY sort.Commercial
• If my work is intended to be used as merch, a commercial will have to be discussed first.
• 200% commercial use fee will give you full right over the commission for digital/physical reproduction, crediting is appreciated but it is alright if not.
• An 80% Commercial fee of the total price of the commission will give commercial use, like using as an asset on social media. Intellectual property must be credited back to the Artist. (This does not include, physical merchandise or digital reproduction.)

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the art as long as it is used for your personal use only (ie. Not For Sale)
• I retain the copyright of each piece (personal or commercial unless stated otherwise), and i can use it to post on social media, display on my portfolio, or make digital/print reproduction or merchandise as i see fit. However the client can ask to not be posted online or any other concerns they may have and these can be discussed.
• I can post WIPs on social media, however the client can ask to not post them if this is a concern.
• The client MUST credit the artist if my work is to be posted on any Social Media platforms.
• You may not claim, trace, copy, or sell my work as your own.
• The client will receive exclusive usage rights for personal use.
• The Client may not use my work for AI Training or NFTs of any sort.
• The client can hold the whole intellectual property by paying a +200% of the total price of the commission.

PRIVACY

• If you wish for your commissioned work to be private for any reason so i may not post it, it must be stated during the ordering process.
• The NDA fee will typically start at 5% of the base price but may differ. The bigger the project the bigger the fee.

REFUNDS

• NO Refunds once work has reached 50% or higher.
• Refunds that do apply will NOT be returned 100% this will depend on how much work has been done at the time of the refund.
• The client can ask for a refund if they have waited more than 1 month and the commission has not started. In this case, 100% of the refund will be returned to the client.

COMMUNICATION

• Discord or any of my Socials are available for communication. I will try to message you back as soon as I am available.
• Feel free to message me for ANY inquiries you may have! I would love to discuss any detail no matter how small it may seem.
